Our ongoing collaboration with Eco World sees us tailor make every event to suit the relevant theme as well as the product involved. To keep the momentum up, we manage everything from event schedule series to exciting activities, traffic-boosting and sales.

 

SHOW VILLAGE OPENING

 

Eco Grandeur embodies modern Victorian elegance, so we unveiled a Victorian-themed show village, complete with an upbeat royal guard march performance and a Victorian VIP-only royal carriage for a tour around Eco Grandeur show village.

Not only that, Eco Grandeur also kicked off a “My Happy Place” campaign by transforming the show village into a mini circus carnival. A wide range of activities was arranged for the day, including complimentary Victorian horse carriage ride, game stalls with free giveaways, horse petting and feeding activities as well as performances by fire-eaters, balloonists, comedians, jugglers and magicians.

 

KEY CORPORATE CELEBRATIONS

 

We are also big fans of celebrations, and we happen to love organizing special and enjoyable commemorations too. We have put together gala dinners, appreciation dinners, anniversary events as well as media nights that were nothing short of distinctive and entertaining.

To celebrate the second anniversary of EcoWorld Prestige’s purchaser rewards programme, we supported Eco Sanctuary in organising an appreciation dinner for 500 purchasers at its show village.

 

THEMATIC EVENT

 

For each Eco World event that we orchestrate, we feature matching themes of the unique housing development such as arts & culture, festive season, masquerade night, swirl senses night, retro night, futuristic party and cartoon world, in order to create an unforgettable experience for the audience.

At the Eco Ardence Chinese New Year 2017 celebration, we recreated the ’70s-90s Hong Kong’s Chinese New Year celebratory setting that is arguably the most recognisable. We provided a town walk-through where guests marvelled at the nostalgic ambience with ample photo opportunity at every corner, thanks to the magnificent Hong Kong landscape backdrop from past to present, Ding Ding tramways, trishaw, lantern walkway as well as an old movie-style main entrance.

 

Temporary Marquee

 

A monumental masterpiece in the EcoWorld collection is the Temporary Sales Gallery set up under a 9500 sq. ft. marquee tent. The unique sales gallery was completed in less than a month, described as “super speed” by President & CEO of EcoWorld, Dato’ Chang Khim Wah.

Although temporary, many were surprised to discover that the gallery is a fully-equipped office that’s complete with event hall, gourmet kitchen as well as amenities, landscaping and an open-air car park that cater to all of our customers’ needs.

 

ON-GROUND BREAKING EVENTS

 

The ground breaking ceremony was officiated by the Minister of Federal Territories, Datuk Seri Utama Tengku Adnan bin Tengku Mansor. Main highlight was none other than a projection mapping that wowed guest with a 3D showcase of what EcoSky can offer – a 360-degree lifestyle concept of incorporating work, play and living.

 

LAUNCHING A EASE-WITH-MARKETING AUTOMATED SOLUTION SOFTWARE

 

With our fully customisable integrated business solution software system, we have helped property developer to ensure zero error when dealing with their client from registration and unit & price selection, to signing of SPA – everything is automated to ease the manning process. The system also allows you to track sales as well as generate statistic report and customer profile analysis. In other words, it’s a super hassle-free experience.

 

CONCEPTUALIZE GIMMICK

 

We orchestrated a complete showcase of opening gimmick, from water projection of latest township presentation video in the lake to the arrival of Tan Sri to activate pryomusical firework.

EVENT CAMPAIGN

 

We also joined forces with Eco World in its three-month long “My Happy Place” campaign across Klang Valley. The weekend-only campaign was filled with activities such as bento workshop, food art workshop, 3D jelly workshop, moonlight cinema as well as coffee fest by 2016 World Latte Art champion, Um Paul from Korea and food fest by local celebrity chef, Datuk Chef Wan.
